This was my final project for the class. We created the splash page for a fictional company who distributed music to and from musicians all over the world. The company logo was based on a clipart drawing of a guitar which I traced and colored using Illustrator. I added the map to the face of the guitar and the text follows the outline of the guitar. The splash page itself was created in Photoshop and includes many examples of selection, masking, and compositing that we learned throughout the quarter. The animated banner advertisement was created in Image Ready with similar elements from the splash page. The drummer was removed from a photo and placed on a white background. I animated his arm striking the drum and the company name dropping into place.
